Can’t Get No Satisfaction?
Have you ever felt so crazed and busy that you are not enjoying your relationships with the people you care about?
In this workshop, we will discuss ways to deal with what I call the “micro traumas” of life, that is those personal issues that interfere with our present ability to connect with a significant other in a way that makes us feel fulfilled and gives value to our current lives. You will learn how to improve your current relationships with the people you care most about!
The workshop will further discuss how to be “in the moment” every day, to learn how to enjoy the simple things of life and feel more fulfilled in our personal relationships.
Time will be allowed for an interactive discussion!
